Ο κόσμος έχει αλλάξει δραματικά μέσα σε δύο μόνο μήνες. Μια σπάνια πανδημία, έχει ως αποτέλεσμα να χαθεί τραγικά ένας μεγάλος αριθμός ανθρώπινων ζωών και η ταχύτητα της κατάρρευσης των οικονομιών λόγω διακοπής ή αναστολής όλων των δραστηριοτήτων είναι πρωτόγνωρη σε σχέση με ότι έχουμε ζήσει έως τώρα. Δεδομένου ότι οι χώρες εφαρμόζουν καραντίνα και κοινωνικές πρακτικές αποστασιοποίησης για να περιορίσουν την πανδημία, ο κόσμος μοιάζει να έχει δεθεί σε μια μεγάλη, παγκόσμια κλειδαριά.
