After an intense work in the vineyard with specific nutrition (fertiliszers) products of Compo Expert Italia (such as NPK Original GOLD® 15-9-15(+2+TE – https://www.compo-expert.com/…/npk-original-gold-15-9…) it is time for the work in the winery and then to the final product on the bottle. The famous Brunello di Montalcino wine!
Dott. Fabio Ratto, an experienced agronomist working in Tuscany region of Italy, presents the “Pian delle Vigne 2013” Brunello di Montalcino that is made with 100% Sangiovese grapes.

“We are in the heart of Tuscany, in Montalcino in a special vineyard.

We are located west of Montalcino, where there is the grape variety.

Sangiovese. 100% original Sangiovese cultivated only around the winery.

The viticulture, vinification and refining of the entire production.takes place at the winery.

The two-year wine aging process occurs in oak barrels with a capacity ranging.between 30 and 80 hectolitres.

The result of this fruit, of this delicious Sangiovese, are very intense notes of plum, cherry.

Á spicy note accompanies this intense fruity aroma.

Then, a note of roasting emerges, the scents of chocolate and coffee, in a second phase.

There is a soft and delicate aftertaste in your palate that is especially important.

The persistence is exceptionally long and the notes returning to the palate correspond to those we receive through the nose, the smell.

The plum, the cherry, these spicy notes prevail during most of the tasting, in the final phase.

The aromas emerging are those of roasting and the taste of bitter chocolate and cocoa.

In my opinion, the wine is still aging with a great future and the possibility.

of a great evolution that will certainly be improved in the next 4-5 years.

It will have an exceptionally long persistence. I believe 10 to 20 years.”
