EGGPLANT CROP: A COMPLETE NUTRITION GUIDE. THE EXPERIENCE FROM ITALY
This week K2MC travels to Italy in the municipality of Poggiomarino to meet Mr. Ponziano Pascale Technical Sales Manager of Compo Expert Italia in Campania region.
He is in a greenhouse farm on the foothills of Vesuvius volcano in an Eggplant crop.
In this farm the crop season starts in springtime and ends up in early winter.
Mr. Ponziano describes in detail the Nutritional program the grower follows based on the following Products:
– TerraPlus® 10-32-10 at a dose of about 40kg/1.000 m2 in the beginning
– NPK Original Gold at a dose of about 50-60kg/1.000 m2 after one month
– NovaTec® Solub 16-30-20 in combination with a small amount
of magnesium sulfate
– Hakaphos Violeta,13-40-13 in a dose of 4kg per 1.000m2
in combination with Basfoliar® Kelp and Solubor® after the first harvest
