Masseria Cicella is a winery dedicated to high qulity wines in Primitivo DOP di Manduria area in Apulia,Italy.
They know very well frst hand the raw material (vineyard/ grapes) and they know how to process it, which is why they cultivate and vinify their own grapes directly, respecting mother nature and wine-making tradition, and then bottle and sell the fruit of their work, as an excellence of the Apulian terroir.
The Experts of Compo Expert Italia visited the winery and had the opportunity to ask Mr. Michele Schifone how they overcame the heat and water stress the last crop season.
